Balance on the affected ankle or lean more on it. It will strengthen the muscles. |

| they taugt us RICE in girl scouts rest,ice,compress,elevate. Supposedly that's how you make it better |

I've never heard that...with hairs maybe but not bones. Once you break something it's usually easier to break afterwards unless there was some new study that says otherwise . |
