my ankle got sprained AGAIN... it's like twentieth time. The first time was the soccer game when I was junior. after that it's so vulnerable.
so do you kno how to make it better, I mean like I've never rolled before. It really easy to get roll again like almost whenever I run hard. Fuck it

Balance on the affected ankle or lean more on it.
It will strengthen   the muscles.

they taugt us RICE in girl scouts rest,ice,compress,elevate. Supposedly that's how you make it better

I've never heard that...with hairs maybe but not bones. Once you break something it's usually easier to break afterwards unless there was some new study that says otherwise

you should go to physical therapy, it will help strengthen it again.
