I've quit a long time ago, and I've been happy with it ever since. Never regret it. Go for it, man, keep strong, one cig for you would be defeat, fight it, you will feel good.

You need to really try and stick at it. I imagine the next few days will only have worse urges, but eventually once you've been without one for a while, it should become far easier.

After a few days like that you won't even want to smoke. I stopped and then I couldn't even stand the smell of it after. Trust me it's worth it. Ever notice how you can't run up the stars without gasping for air? And the feeling of not having smoked is so great. I feel so proud. I've been free of smoking for 3 months and now I can't stand cigarettes. :D 54

Well done! You could try chewing gum? I heard it helps some people.
