I hardly ever exercise which i know is bad

so i want to begin exercising to be fit

but i am really skinny already and i dont want to lose weight

so do you know what exercises are good??

i'm a bit confused cos does it mean that i have to eat more in order to exercise more and maintain my weight?

Damnn i already eat a lot, this is embarrassing lol .. cos my friends wil lbe like "YOU EAT LIKE A PIG, HOW COME U DONT GET FAT"

Push-ups, sit-ups, jogging, etc. Just the basics.
