| It's most likely a UTI, as sexual intercourse can sometimes cause one. However, if it just hurt that one time it may be do to the fact that he cut you while fingering/having sex. If its no too much of a hassle, go to the doctor for a UTI test (real simple pee in a cup) to rule it out 'cause if it is a UTI you'll want to start antibiotics asap before the pain gets worse. |

No it's not my period, my period ended a little over a week ago. There's no way it's back already. What is UTI?
you shouldn't have sex if you have to ask this
How ridiculas; what does the responsibility of having sex have to do with knowing what a UTI is? Many people find out about UTI's and yeast infections after they/their partner have it. It's not like not understanding what birth control is.
if you don't know the risks, don't take the chance, all i'm saying, understand what you're doing before you do it
UTI's have nothing to do with how responsible a person is when it comes to sex. They are not contagious. UTI just means there was a build up of bacteria around her urethra. |

Bacteria might have gotten around your urethra (where you pee from) while you guys had sex and it just multiplied and now you have an infection. I've had them a few times, they can get pretty painful and take forever to go away. You should go to a doc. Urinary Tract Infection: Not everyone with a UTI has symptoms, but most people get at least some symptoms. These may include a frequent urge to urinate and a painful, burning feeling in the area of the bladder or urethra during urination. It is not unusual to feel bad all over -- tired, shaky, washed out -- and to feel pain even when not urinating. Often women feel an uncomfortable pressure above the pubic bone, and some men experience a fullness in the rectum. It is common for a person with a urinary infection to complain that, despite the urge to urinate, only a small amount of urine is passed. The urine itself may look milky or cloudy, even reddish if blood is present. Normally, a UTI does not cause fever if it is in the bladder or urethra. A fever may mean that the infection has reached the kidneys. Other symptoms of a kidney infection include pain in the back or side below the ribs, nausea, or vomiting. |

| It's probably a UTI, which is a urinary tract infection. They're very common amongst women, especially when sexually active. It often burns when you pee or you constantly feel like you have to pee, but nothing, or only a little comes out and you still have the urge to void. Go to the doctor. It's diagnosed by a urine test, usually no exam. He gives you a prescription for a sulfa based antibiotic, you take it and you're fine. |
