Watch the carbs!
multiply your body weight by 12. = number of daily calories you need to maintain your current weight. 3400 calories = 1 lb of body weight. so subtract 500 calories from the daily calories you just calculated and eat that many calories a day to loose 1 lb a week. obviously if you'd like to loose 2 lb a week, youve got to burn an extra 500 cal a day, as well. never go below eating 1000 calories a day. = starvation. startvation = bad. =anorexic =hairy tongues and yellowish orange skin tone. = yuck. and no. eating shitty food and keeping it low cal is extremely bad for you. those saturated and trans fats will store in your body and wont be easily shed.

for example, if someone was 150 lbs. 150 x 12 = 1800 calories a day to maintain that weight. 1800 - 500 = 1300 calories a day to loose 1lb a week.
That is the last thing you want to do in any kind of circumstance. You do not want to substitute any kind of junk food. It doesn't matter if you only eat certain amounts of calories of it--it's not the fucking calories, idiot. Junk food has a lot of fat, simple carbs, less complex carbs, lots of refined sugar and contains not a single ingredient good for you. When you want to lose weight it isn't about cutting back calories. Your body needs calories and carbs and minerals and nutrients. You'll just end up destroying your body this way and gaining a lot of weight.
When you want to lose weight, you cut back on your calories, yes, but you should never go below 1,000 calories daily. Once you do, you're considered to have an eating disorder. When exercising to lose weight, your healthy caloric range should be 1,200 to 1,500 a day.
