I started out with 800 cals, and my Adderall supplements.
Tommorrow I am upgrading to 1,200 Cals, my Adderall, my nonsoluble vitamins supplement(also for heart health), my vitamin B supplement, my fish oil tablet, and a vitamin C tablet.
Hmm...I wonder what it'll be like, I'm always curious to see what happens when I add new stuff to what I take in the morning.
Thoughts? Predictions? Oh and I'm also upping my exercise level from 2 miles to 4 and from half hour routine at night to full hour to compensate the extra carbs I'm taking on.

What do you meabn 'Tone'?
When you eat 1200 calories if youe expect to put on any weight whatsoever you would just have to sit around all day.
1,200 a day is the ABSOLUTE minimum for women - and you're a guy, meaning that you need even more calories.
