It's like 11:30 where I live and I have to be up by 6 tommorow. Tonight it's probably because I have this huge issue that needs to be talked about via lw. But it's like this everynight.
I will always be overly tired at like 8pm, but I'm too stubborn to actually go to bed. So I usually just wait until around this time to sleep.
But why do I keep doing it knowing that it hurts me. Does anyone have any advice to go to bed earlier then midnight?
Maybe it's because I know I'll be tired anyway no matter what time I go to bed. So my brain just wants to put it off.
But luckily because of the time change might help a bit.
