And for dinner veg, fruit or fish. No carbs. No sugar. No fats. And lots of exersise (I'd say at least 3hrs a week) and you'll lose lots of weight in no time :)
How do you reconcile "I stopped eating" with "so this is what I had for dinner"? |

| Eat 1000 calories a day and burn as many as possible Eat in morning no snacks! do not eat after dinner time (or tea time w/e u call it) lol |

Eating sandwiches is bad. Bread in general is bad for weight loss, brown especially, there are more carbs in brown than white bread. 
Whole wheat bread breaks down into sugars differently than white bread. There's actually a lot less sugar and more fiber in whole wheat bread. |

| eat protein. Like cut out carbs and stuff. Protein is what registers in your body that you've eaten. So eating protein means you'll be eating less. Balance it with regular exercis you could probably lose 10lbs+ in 3 weeks |
