thanks...
What I did when I was overweight (btw it doesn't matter how much you weigh on losing the weight quick or slow). I stopped eating and drank like 2litres of water every day. Diet drinks only! And for dinner veg, fruit or fish. No carbs. No sugar. No fats. And lots of exersise (I'd say at least 3hrs a week) and you'll lose lots of weight in no time :)
How do you reconcile "I stopped eating" with "so this is what I had for dinner"?
Eat in morning no snacks! do not eat after dinner time (or tea time w/e u call it) lol

The most fundamental point about weightloss is that your intake is less that your output. Go for walks, runs, lift some light weights when watching tv etc. When you're busy, you might find that you notice your hunger less. Sitting around for too long will also slow down your metabolism, just like not eating. Eating sandwiches is bad. Bread in general is bad for weight loss, brown especially, there are more carbs in brown than white bread.

Whole wheat bread breaks down into sugars differently than white bread. There's actually a lot less sugar and more fiber in whole wheat bread.
