Replies liv21 Posted at 10:59 am on Nov. 18, 2008 Well I have a monophase pill, so I take one every stinking day, at the same exact time...  I take it in the morning at 7 am so I know I'll be home or asleep.  I set my alarm, take the pill, and go back to sleep. But the problem is every once in a while, since I'm asleep, I don't really wake up long enough to do anything but turn off the alarm.
