My Gynecologist told me I should just start the pill even though my period came three days ago. So, I'm going to start it on Monday, take it for three weeks and then have the usual, "break." Usually that break is when your period comes, but isn't that just for when you actually start on your period? Will the hormones mess with my cycle enough to have it go in "order?"
I know none of you are doctors, it's just a general question.

It will mess up the order, and make a new order of things, but it should work. I started taking my pill mid-cycle and it went perfectly. No side-effects or anything, and my period came on time during the placebo week. The hormones had kicked in by then, so my period was super light and only lasted a few days.

i am on the pill you start it the day after you are off ur period and then after your last week of the pill you will have like 2 days in between the last pill and ur period it is so much like smoother.....
but it really doesn't help acne much.. or at least it didn't for me....
it ain't a bad thing... but don't get the pill that will give you like 3 periods in a year cuz then you are frantic when you don't get ur period... it's kinda nerve-racking to trust it really
