After she took the needle out i started to feel woosy and light headed and everything started sounding funny so she put my head down and elevated my feet and i was all better. She let me hold my blood after! It was so cool and didn't hurt as bad as i thought it would, i barely felt it. You guys should try and give blood if you weight over 110 and are at least 17.
