| Hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, good job at tying it. Wrap it with a thick absorbable pad or cloth, and tape it well. If it doesn't stop bleeding go to the emergency to get it stitched. |

| Um, you should take the half-assed tourniquet off first. That can't be helping anything. Just keep it clean and covered when you are in potentially harmful environs. |
