Hey fans  

I'm about 5'3" and I weigh about 10 stone...   I know I'm not ovely FAT, but I'm not slim by anyone's standards
Does anyone have any tips on how I can lose weight fast (in a healthy way, no vomiting or maple syrup)

I am on a diet atm which consists of those things. I eat very little meat. And I lost 6 POUNDS in one week. And have continued to lose weight after that.  So please don't tell me I am talking bull, cause I'm not.

And to further prove myself, I know at least six other people on the same diet, who eat those things and the weight has just been dropping off.

DIET AND EXERCISE
eat no less than 1500 cals a day...and atleast 30 mins cardio 3/4 times a week
