can you still change to become more extroverted?

because I noticed, I'm sort of like my dad, i enjoy loner time, I think alot, i get irritated a bit with nagging and loud people

but I'm really, really want to change

I made some progress but now it's stalling, i feel i need to make even bigger changes such as using the computer considerably less

No.

Shyness is one of the most heritable things.

You will always be socially awkward in groups of people you're unfamiliar with.
