| You don't have to eat just fruit. If you limit your calorie intake to 1200 calories a day and exercise/run/walk for an hour you will lose weight. It takes a commitment to at least a month for you to see good results. Stick to it. |

| Just listen to your body. If you're hungry, eat, if you feel you need something else, don't deprive yourself from it. I go on a raw fruit/vegetable 'diet' for my soccer season every year for a week to a week and a half and I'm fine. That's with TONS of working out too, but my body is used to it. Once again, just listen to your body lol. It's fine. |

| it wouldnt be bad but you would probably gain weight again once you started eating normally |
