I just got all four of my wisdom teeth out on friday and i have been doing pretty good. not too much swelling and i stopped bleeding the first day.
I have been rinsing often with a salt water solution.
I have been eating pretty good too. kinda on a normal diet and just chewing very carefully but i just noticed a minute ago that on my left bottom side it feels like the stitches came loose. I looked at it in the mirror and it looks like they did because I can see a hole. Its not bleeding or hurting or anything.
Could this lead to a dry socket?
what should I do?
Is this normal and should I call the dentist tomorrow?
Has this happened to you?

Are you bleeding profusely from the socket? If not, you should be fine.

The stitches are supposed to melt away.

I know they should but should it be this soon?
Today is only the third day.
