| I know people who eat as much as they can and they can't gain weight even thought they want to and have tried weight gainer, protein and all that. It's their metabolism. |

Yes It is their diet and also foreigners tend to eat in moderation. Meaning they eat until they are satisfied and not until their gut sticks out. |
