No. Actually it's true. lol. 
But horribly presented. A pound of skin accumulates on the entire surface of your body every day, of which your legs aren't a huge percentage. And that skin falls off naturally. Washing your legs will not make them noticeably thinner. |

| Yeah I've got thunder thighs, its from the sport I play. Not a good look, so I just wear slightly longer skirts. Stilettos are great for making your legs look longer and thinner too. |

Toning exercises. Walking, squats (they help a lot- do for 15mins twice a day) any general exercise of the legs to tone |
