about 4 days ago i had a spot of pain in about the middle of my thigh on the inside of my leg... it hurt to touch and when i walked...
it has gotten increasingly worse and now it is very very painful to touch and walk, and i cant straighten my leg.
i went to the doctor today and they said it was a pulled muscle...
i am going away in a couple of days and was counting on the use of my legs to have a good time... i really really dont want to be in  pain.
just wondering how long it will take to heal. and how i can speed it along and reduce the pain.

When I first started playing soccer I could hardly walk.My upper leg muscles I thought I was in shape but, not! I put hot packs on my legs at night. It took about 2 weeks. But, it seemed the more I manipulated my muscles they started to relax

pulled muscles are incredibley common, they heal up i a few days, agreed some of the worse ones can take much longer but a pulled muscle is nothing, just rest it.
