...My wisdom teeth haven't even came out of my gum tissue yet.  Except for my back right one.  There is a little piece of white sticking above my gum tissue.  A very little piece.

So what are the cons of not having proper wisdom teeth fully grown out?  They do eventually grow out, right?

I just read I wont need to have them removed unless they show signs of creating a crowding affect or are painful.

Neither right now.  So thats good.

No cons
if you have them you usually need dental work as they can push your teeth out of place

They always grow out but usually grow out late

thats what happened to me, at first a little jagged piece grew out, then the whole thing errupted along with another tooth.
from what they told me, the cons are that since theres usually not enough room for the 4th molar (wisdom tooth) it will usually grow in crooked and affect your other teeth causing them to become crooked over time.
plus they hurt like a bitch :)
