I was researching a little bit on blood types, and I was looking at different blood types. I am going to go to the clinic saturday to get a blood type test done to see what mine is. my question is where are some reputable sources that tell me about how blood type relates to diet, and how a person's body responds to different foods they eat or different activities?

Also, if you want to share, what is your blood type(if you know) and what does it mean? And last but not least, have you heard of a clinic called concentra, and if so, do they do blood tests to determine blood type?

Thank You and  I hope you are having a happy thanksgiving!!

I've seen that before (about diet...), Idk if what it says is true but I remember I apparantly should be vegetarian, like 1/2 my fave foods were the things I am supposed to be avoiding and the stuff I dislike more was on the good foods list. I've forgotten which my blood type is though...
