Does anyone else have really bad circulation in their hands?? Like them being constantly freezing, blotchy and stiff? The circulation in my hands (and feet) is ridiculous today-- I've actually got pins-and-needles... Anything I can do to combat this? (They won't warm up- even with a heater) Also, why is it that the colder my hands get, the smoother the skin is??? Is this good or bad? Hmmm
