If this is true, why are African governments, the United Nations, the World Health Org, the USA, and so many others spending billions to circumcise African males?
Perhaps because in remote areas of the continent, condoms aren't so easy to come by, and circumcision is just one thing they can do to help. But....In industrialized nations, there's no excuse for not using a condom if you're not in a monogamous relationship where both partners have been tested for HIV/STIs. Condoms are cheap and readily available, so there's no need for the government to require that parents have their children mutilated.
This makes no sense. Condoms are available in Africa just like everywhere. Yet African govts are on a massive circumcise-everybody campaign.
Actually it makes a lot of sense. 1. Hygiene levels are on average far below the western world. 2. Access to health care is sorely lacking. Ensuring condoms are stored and treated properly is a problem. Ensuring poor quality condoms aren't used is a problem. 3. Millions in Africa hold that condoms are not acceptable with their religion as well as having negative social connotations.
good post and its exactly why the law should be that all boys MUST be circumcised. |

| If a girl judges a guy by whether he is circumcised or not, then she really is not worth it. The American girls that think like that seriously don't realise that it's not NORMAL! Especially when they say uncut is disgusting?? WTF you are a moron! |

1. Uncut dick looks better. It's disgusting that you (and most clueless teenage American girls too) can't accept that THAT is what a penis is supposed to look like. Can you imagine living in a world where most everyone had a little bit of earlobe cut off because they thought it 'looked better' that way? 2. What is the difference between a cut and an uncut cock in a condom? There isn't one. You say an uncut man is more likely to get AIDS. That's true; he has a slightly higher chance. Assuming he's not having unprotected sex with whores, his risk is no higher; you don't cut the skin of your dick off on the off chance that you'll be minutely better off in later years should you decide to have risky sex. (In short, just USE A FUCKING CONDOM, dumbfuck).

| I didn't circumsize my son. I don't see a need to. There's really no difference other than it causes the infant pain, it can get complicated if done wrong so your Mitchell could become your Michelle, and if a guy gets an infection because of it it's a good thing for a girl to know. They're more than likely not all that hygenic. |

The relatively minor health benefits circumcised males are not worth starting a national scheme for, especially when you consider the rate of surgical complications.
there is hardly any "surgical complications" from the snip -- just the relief that u got a clean cut cock thats healthier and looks better. LOL. dont be an anti-circ radical tryin to scare shit outa ppl by sayin YOU MIGHT DIE if u get circumcised. LMAO
Looks better...in your opinion, dumbass. Don't be passing your shit off for fact. I like my boyfriends penis just as it is, thankyou very much. And he's not even British, he's from another country like mine where this stupid procedure isn't the norm. |

| No one mentioned dying you blithering moron. Furthermore, the only reason so many American males are circumsised is from unscientific hysteria generated in the 40s largely down to anti-masturbation propaganda and hygiene freaks. |
