| You're taking a very small amount of time, that's why. If you took 2 seconds and timesed by 30 you'd get a massive variation, right? Time for a minute. Or two minutes and divide by two. |

eating properly prolly not, i have a heart murmur nd bicuspid aortic valve. and i have panic disorder. i almost feel like i can control my heart beat if i take a few deep breaths first. |

i actually sit there counting for 60 seconds lol xx and idk... are you eating properly? is there a history of heart problems in your family? are you thinking about stressful things sometimes? etc etc etc... |
