| You don't look like you need to diet. But, breakfast is important because it starts up your metabolism. |

I couldn't dare do that. there threats aren't working, it just makes me more depressed and that's what makes my life a living hell. |

| Don't weigh yourself every day or after every meal, because one's weight varies by 5 pounds every day. So, if you were to try later, you might be at 124, 125. Just matters on the time of day and your digestion cycle. |

| If you don't want to worry about your calories input, just excercise regularly. You can have a square breakfast and run 15 minutes afterwards. |
