Appendicitis (unlikely if you have had tests and had this for years lol) Diverticulitis (infection of the colon Ulcerative Colitis (inflammation of the large intestine) Gallstones (stones formed by lack of nutrients, a bit like constiption but with stones and in the gall bladder) Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) (this one seems most likely to me)

diabetes? vitamin deficiency? kidney stones? stress-induced bowel problems?
any of those possibles?
