I suggest you don't. It may feel like you are wasting money, but i forgot to mention they contain a chemical that damages your intestine very badly, just throw them away. I studied sports science and competed as a powerlifter, did bodybuilding for a while....so if you ever need nutrition or fitness help. Feel free to PM me. |
