I don't know if this was some kind of weird coincidence but...
i was kind of stressed out about pregnancy for the past few weeks. (i'm on BC but the condom broke... so it made me really nervous)
in that time period i developed severe consitpation. (which i mistook for a sympton of pregnancy) I began taking fiber pills but it barely helped.

I also was really resltess at night, leaving me exausted during the day (which i mistook for a symptom of prengnancy).

I was 6 days late on my period and scared to death. I went and bought i test and took it, and as soon as it said "negative", my period came, and i had to poop. I also slept really good that night. My digestive system is back to normal now, too.

just wondering if stress could have caused all that. If so thats pretty freaky, because it could just keep snowballing to a point where you stressing about being stressed.

kinda scary.

Did you fail health?

the only thing they taught in health is don't have sex (which in that case, yes i failed) and don't do drugs.
they never teach anything actually educational

Wow. That's pathetic.

Stress.....is a MAJOR burden to health.
Those goddamn chemicals stress releases fucks up many things emotionally and also fucks up your system.

The main culprit for gaining weight and being 'suicidal'.
