so this is what i would like to do, and also would like to know if this will really help me, or if it is a complete waste of my time. seriously. someone please tell me something useful.
breakfast: one peice of fruit & water snack: veggies or fruit, with water lunch: small soup (tomato, veg. or chicken noodle) or salad with water snack: fruit & couple crackers dinner: something my mom makes- usually healthy and if its not then i would just make myself a salad snack: fruit or veggies
i would be walking/light jog for a good 15-20 minutes everyday plus doing cardio & arobics once or twice a week
how much weight would i possibly lose in about 2 months?

Personally, I'd eat a bit more than just a piece of fruit for breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
