in grade 9 i didnt eat anything at school, then by grade ten i started realizing that i was gaining weight for some reason, thought it would just go away. i was wrong now, im not overweight or even close. but im not skinny, i just want to lose those extra pounds that i dont need and feel good. so what else should i change in this? |

| you should swim, or push yourself to actually run...swimming works eerything and running and sprinting makes you more agile and gains your endurance to help you later on.. |

if your not over weight for your age, you shouldn't worry about it. i mean its good to eat healthy and exercise, but you shouldn't do it to loose weight. |

| From what I've been told, a hard 45 minute workout 3 times a week will help you lose weight. Personally, I'd eat a bit more than just a piece of fruit for breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. |
