| technically yes because the average person needs to 2000 calories a day to maintain their weight depending on what you daily activity is like, Long term eating like what you have mentioned can lead to hearth arrythmias, vitamin shortages, and anemia. |

| That's hardly anything at all. Adults are supposed to eat roughly 2000 a day (differs for men and women though). 700 is nothing like that. |
