| definitely lower your carb intake.. eat lots of fruit and veggies and lean meats.. drinks lots of water.. cold water burns fat.. and definitely do lots of cardio (walking on treadmill or joggins 4times a week) carido rasises your heart rate which burns fat and raises your metabolism |
