My arm (right) that i write/strum with has gone kinda stiff and there are like pinching pains , like muscle spasm where the muscle tightens and releases and feels really weak for like a split second. could i have just pulled a muscle while playing (which would be lame but i'll take it)  ... any help ?

Replies 0h h3ll n0 Posted at 4:17 pm on Dec. 2, 2008 Haha I've had that exact same pain when I played GH3 too much. I think it is probably muscle strain from playing your guitar. You should just rest, don't play for a few days or you'll make it worse.
