I was playing guitar this afternoon so i'm not sure if there is any relationship or not...

My arm (right) that i write/strum with has gone kinda stiff and there are like pinching pains , like muscle spasm where the muscle tightens and releases and feels really weak for like a split second.

could i have just pulled a muscle while playing (which would be lame but i'll take it)  ... any help ?

Haha I've had that exact same pain when I played GH3 too much. I think it is probably muscle strain from playing your guitar.

You should just rest, don't play for a few days or you'll make it worse.

Guitarthritis, my brother gets it still. Lay off for a bit and take it easy for a while should clear up.
