I've been exercising for about a month now. 45-50 minutes cardio a day, plus some sit-ups/push-ups/jumping jacks before bed. I also like to walk a lot throughout the day, where ever I may roam. I am also a healthy eater. I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and somewhere in between a little snack. I drink plenty of water, which apparently is good for you. I occasionally eat some junk, I mean, who doesn't =D, but I like to stick to eating healthy foods.

I don't seem to be losing any weight though...at all. Or seeing any change.

No change in my stomach, my muscles, my endurance, my stamina...I don't know. I weigh about 183-184 pounds and I'm 6'0, and while i'm no where near fat, my stomach is a little chubby, as well as my hips, and I'd like to get down to around 175-178, just for the lulz. But it doesn't seem to be working.

Am I doing something wrong? And if you're going to weigh yourself, should you not eat anything before you go to bed so the next morning you have no left over food and can get an accurate reading?

for one you dont need to lose wieght. the less weight you have u need to lose the harder it is to lose it, also your body could just be built like that, also muscle wieghs more than fat, so if you could be gaining muscle then it has been replacing your fat and you wont notice a diffrence in wieght.

hit up the gym and pump some iron in a few months you'll see a difference.
