in that schedule, when is there time to exersize? I try to fit 30 minutes in between school and work but if I have a lot of homework I'll usually get 30 minutes in after work, sacrificing some sleep. honestly, i'm not healthy. I'm overweight, and I'm eating right, but I know thats not the only component. I need to exersize, but I'm just not seeing where theres time to!

i just got back from doing an hour, since there was no school today. on weekends I usually do an hour.
i'm talking during the week, how can i get more than 30 minutes in?
