Okay, so if you have a baby, or you gain weight fast, and you have stretch marks on your tummy, and then you lose weight, do they go away?

No, those things are there forever. Some things might minimize their appearance but you're generally stuck with them unless you get some kind of surgery.

there are special creams that prevent stretch marks

not really, and certainly not quickly. that is why it is important to use lotion and be careful with stretchmarks.

No, stretch marks don't ever go away. They fade, but never go away.
