I'm going to try. Cancer runs in the genes of my family, the cause was smoking. I know I have basically already upped the chance of me getting cancer since I've been smoking for over a year. But I want to avoid the higher risk of it, so I want to quit smoking. As well, I really would love to start jogging and I can't run two blocks without almost passing out. So therefore, any support or tips on quitting? It would really be helpful. :)

I'm going to try.   You will not succeed. You have to KNOW you will quit. If you don't have the motivation behind it, you're not going to quit.
