Not really. Birth control is estrogen, and if you're allergic to that, you've got bigger issues. However, the non-medical ingredients, fillers, etc. can cause reactions.

You can be allergic to one of the chemicals/ingredients in it.

yes. not the actual hormones, because your body makes those already, but other chemicals.

there could be some stuff in the pills that you could be allergic to

Some people get bad reactions from certain versions of the pill, some people are allergic to the latex in some condoms... I'd say yes.
