For a few weeks now I've had horrible backpain, but today was the first day it actually how you say uhh... stopped me from working, I couldn't even get out of bed this morning it was horrible.

Right now I'm barely able to sit up, I'm doing it now out of sheer willpower.

I have tried 3 OTC asprins, 2 medicine's perscribed by a doctor and a chiropractor.  But nothing seems to be working.

What could be going on?

also i don't think drugs will help at all, they'll simply disguise the problem.

Go back to the doc's and explain that nothing's working.. there could be some underlying problem that wasn't immediately obvious. In the meantime, keep it warm.

if you have enough money, see a cranial osteopath. seriously my neck was bad enough to slightly restrict blood flow to my brain and i saw a cranial osteopath a few times and I'm fine now.

Ok, I can't tell if its muscles or actual spine. Its in the lower back region. Its a mixture of stabbing and like burning. Like I said a few weeks ago is when it started and it never went away.

The doctor said he couldn't do anything so he refered me to the chiropractor, the chiro like felt around and did x-rays and saw nothing that would case the pain.

No past back injuries. I did have a mishap with my knee a few years ago fractured the cap.

Try lying on a hard wooden floor. Try to press your back to the floor.
And I recommend Diafene.
AWESOME.

Or delicious delicious muscle relaxants.

i had similar problems before its a nightmare i thought it would go away itself but it got worse so i went to the doctor n they sorted it out for me

Is it muscle aches? Your actual spine? What kind of pain is it? When did you start noticing it? What have your doctors/chiropractor said? Do you have any past medical history of back injuries? Any history of foot/lower leg/hip conditions?

You give us like, nothing to work with.

Disc?

I would see a doctor and tell them what you told us.

Crooked spine? Try a chiropractor and do some stretching
