Lightning Strikes Posted at 1:31 pm on Dec. 10, 2008
For a while I've been waking up feeling really ill, lots of coughing, nose running and eyes watering etc. and it's like this for an hour or two them in fine the rest of the day until around 9pm and it all comes back, i have no idea why, any suggestions?

Also, I've been finding it really hard to stay awake (this has been going on longer), I get really tired throughout the day and can't go a day without having a nap at some point.

I think my diets okay, I'm vegetarian, but I get protein from eggs and cheese etc. I have frosties for breakfast everyday and have a good evening meal.

What's wrong with me?

You're ill.. but when you're up and moving your sinuses clear. It's when it's warm and stuffy you'll feel crappy. Take some vitamin C.

Laying down makes it harder to breath and you are probably having a lot of junk drain through your system. Most likely it is allergy induced.

When you sleep I think your sinuses open up, causing you to "drain"

Edit: Nevermind.
