| Ignore these people. Your body can actually fluctuate up to around 8lbs over the course of a day, due to an empty or full stomach and how dehydrated you can be. Just from sleeping, your body looses about a pound or two of water. It's normal, you're fine. |

| If you're due on your period it might be water weight. I know you say it's not, but sometimes the body retains water, it's known as water retention; in other words, your body keeps more water than normal and you don't need to do anything more than normal to gain weight....its just hormones. |
