But anyway, I ate like 700 calories yesterday, about 900 the day before and about 500 today. I'm fucking hungry and I'm dying to eat something, but I really don't want to. I dunno if it's worth having that extra 300 calories or whatever. (I'm not just trying to lose weight based off calories btw, but it's easier to explain by just using one figure).
I'm hungry as fuck, but I only have until after Christmas to drop as much weight as I can.
I know a lot of people out there are all with the weight-lingo, so I'd appreciate some help or whatever on how to lose as much weight as possible (without dying).
