Hey peeps.. I'm starting to go back to the gym to get toned and get rid of my belly but I need big motivation to keep up with it..
Anyone got tips on how to stay motivated and at the gym??

Well im so depressed and I think that if I have a really good looking body people will like me
I will hopefully have a 6 pack by January or February
But im depressed and drunk so i wouldn't listen to me

i would suggest getting a really kick-ass playlist. if you're going back to the gym for a specific reason (like, for me, i went back because i am enlisting in the army) and you have a goal, try to include songs that fit with your goal's theme (i personally like fort minor's remember the name). also, if you think it would help, try to find some thinspiration. if you're a girl, and have facebook, look for the groups that are against banning thin models from modeling. they have tons of pictures of beautiful thin people. if you're a guy, then find pictures of men with the specific muscles you want toned and use those. that's what i do. good luck.
