| People say drinking parsley tea or taking black cohosh can induce it. I've tried both with no results. |

| there isn't a way, if you've drank a lot of alcohol recently it can postpone it, not something to worry about though as long as it comes eventually. |

You just have to sit and wait, I'm afraid If you're sure you're not pregnant, it could be stress or illness. My period changed from my normal 27-29 days and jumped to 35 days randomly. Eventually I realised it was due to stress (it was the end of my first Uni year...lots of exams and assignments!). Went back to normal eventually |

| No. If your body is not on it's normal menstrual cycle, there is usually a health reason behind it, whether it's that you're pregnant or your body is sick or stressed. Wait to see if it doesn't come for a couple more days, and then if it's still not there, go to a doctor and figure out why. |
