they're all swollen, and I'm on antibiotics but I'm having to take painkillers like every 4 hours although they wear off after about an hour. :( I'm up at 6am, because i haven't been able to get to sleep yet.
I've just been reading peoples experiences on the net and I'm really scared about it. can someone tell me I'll be fine and i wont have to have them taken out? it's gonna cost a bomb if I do.
so sick of taking pills
they're killing me, so fucking painful. they're all swollen, and I'm on antibiotics but I'm having to take painkillers like every 4 hours although they wear off after about an hour. :( I'm up at 6am, because i haven't been able to get to sleep yet. Have you got a good dentist? If not, ask your parents to make an appointment with one. The antibiotics will clear any infection up. One thing my mum used was sucking on a whole clove. This is a dried spice but cloves have huge antiseptic properties, and will relieve any pain temporarily.
For some weird reason the men in my family don't get them, I guess we're dumb asses
i heard it's to do with evolving. because we don't need them anymore and our mouths aren't big enough, some people just don't get them nowadays. they're more evolved or whatever, I dunno, I think that's one theory anyway. or you're just lucky.
thats pretty cool actually
Cost a bomb? You're in England, what about the NHS? Luckily I had room for mine to come through. Even if you do have to have yours out, you can request to be sedated and won't feel anything.

i hate you i dont wanna get em pulled >.>
There are actually no NHS dentists in the area i've moved to. The one I did see was an emergency one, and foreign so i couldn't even understand her, i just took the prescription as they were pretty much pushing me out the door. yeah, £16.20 for a 30 second appointment and £7 on top of that for the pills. And after doing some research the only free removal is if it's actually necessary to go into surgery/hospital etc. If they're not bad enough the dentist will do it and it's going to cost. and I can't afford to go privately. being 19 is rubbish.
Getting your wisdom teeth removed sucks. It just sucks. Bad. But it's something we all have to do, so you just have to accept that it's going to be agonizingly painful, and it's really not that bad. And the pain from them erupting is somewhat comparable to the pain after getting them removed... unless you get dry socket. If you do... good luck.
