So sure, many weight topics going around tonight about loss, but I keep slipping into the underweight section according to body mass index, it's been like that for months.

So, how do I gain weight? I've sat and done nothing today but eat chocolates all day and you know what? I woke up 9 stone 13lbs (139lbs), 1 pound off my target of 10 stone (140lbs), it is now approaching 2am and I'm 9 stone 11lbs (137lbs).

So what the hell? It's always been like this but tips'll be appreciated. =/

One of the key "basics" to putting on weight is to make certain that your body is absorbing the maximum amount of nutrients from all the food you are eating. Otherwise it just goes in your mouth and straight out your bottom!

First of all find out how much weight you need to gain - yes you see in magazines, online, in newspapers from friends that you need to be a certain weight and you need to do this certain method but that necessarily doesn't apply to you!

The key is to find out exactly how much you need to eat to gain weight and then compare this to your current intake.  It could be you are already eating enough but that other factors are slowing down your weight gain.

Bulk up, use whey protein. You're lucky, unlike some of us here. You don't have to lose the fat first. :D

muscleandstrength.com is a great site, and you can get whey protein.

Oh, and don't eat anything bad for you...That's not how you should gain weight.

I have always been skinny, im 5'11 and weight about 60kg. I have started doing weights and eating BIG to hopefulyl get to my goal of 70kg and heaps cut.

there are somethign stuff you can drink to like gain weight supplements but not sure where to get the

Some people just can't put on the weight. Its a fast metabolism, you can't really help it.

well seeing as you're a guy, you need to eat a ton of protein & workout, build up your muscle.
