| Yoga makes you flexible, and stretches your body;relaxes u. Can't really loose weight, though. Try doing some cardio class, or dance, or just work out at the gym. |

| yoga is good if you do cardio and weight training also it makes for a very well-rounded workout, which is the best kind |

| Yeah. Yoga really helps with stretching, and building muscle. Not so much for cardio, though. |
