If your shape is healthier that makes a difference. Muscle burns more calories than fat so give it a bit of time and the muscle you have built up will quickly enable you to lose fat |

| erm maybe your gaining weight in a different place thats why the scales are picking it up, so maybe its leg/arm muscle rather than on the tummy. |
